DIRECTIONS FOR USE: For Use In Homes, Restaurants, Food Processing Plants, Warehouses and Industrial Installations. General: This Concentrate is designed for use undiluted in mechanical sprayers which give particle size of aerosol size, such as the LECO Mini ULV or Micro-Gen Micron Generator. It can be diluted with refined kerosenes and can be applied in fogging equipment that gives larger than aerosol particle size, such as the Microsol or Challenger machines. It can also be diluted with oil specified above and applied as a contact spray to kill crawling insects shown later on this label. Space Spray - Undiluted in Aerosol Generators - to Kill Flies, Mosquitoes and Gnats: Cover or remove exposed food and food handling surfaces. Close room and shut off all air conditioning or ventilating equipment. Apply at the rate of 100 mL of undiluted Concentrate per 100 cubic meters of space. Direct output from aerosol or generator upward toward upper corners of room and ceiling. Leave room closed for 1/2 hour. Ventilate room thoroughly before re-entry. Space Spray - Diluted for Ordinary Mechanical Fogging Equipment - to Kill Flies, Mosquitoes and Gnats: Cover or remove exposed food and food equipment. Dilute Concentrate with oil at the rate of 1 part Concentrate plus 29 parts of oil and mix well. Apply at the rate of 100 mL dilute spray per 100 cubic meters of space. Direct fog upward toward upper corners of room and ceiling area. Leave room closed for 1/2 hour. Ventilate room thoroughly before re-entry. Contact Spray - Diluted for Use with Sprayers that give Large, Wetting Spray Particles to Kill Accessible Stages of Granary Insects: Granary Weevils, Rice Weevils, Confused Flour Beetles, Red Flour Beetles, Indian Meal Moth, Cadelles and Saw-Toothed Grain Beetles: Cover or remove exposed food and close room as described above. Dilute Concentrate with oil at the rate of 1 part Concentrate plus 29 parts of oil and mix well. Spray outside walls of grain bins, flooring, about base of milling machinery, walls and baseboards, areas behind cabinets, around pipes and other insect harborages using 5 liters spray per 100 square meters of space. Force spray into all cracks and crevices. Repeat applications as necessary. Contact Spray - Undiluted - to Kill Cockroaches, Silverfish, Ants, Spiders in Enclosed Buildings: With ULV spraying device, apply the spray into all cracks and crevices in woodwork, walls, floors, underneath sinks, behind pipes and in all places where these insects shelter. Contact as many insects as possible. Do not allow spray to contact stored food. Use at a dosage rate of approximately 50 mL per 100 cubic meters of room space. Repeat dosage as necessary for control. Leave the room closed for one hour. Do not remain in treated areas and ventilate area before re-entry. PRECAUTIONS: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Harmful if swallowed or absorbed through skin. Avoid breathing vapors or spray mist. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Do not contaminate food or feedstuffs. This product is toxic to fish and other

aquatic animals. Keep out of lakes, streams or ponds. Do not contaminate water by cleaning of equipment or disposal of wastes. Wear a mask or respirator of a type to give adequate protection against this material. Wear protective clothing. Wash hands, arms and face with soap and water after handling and before eating or smoking. Remove pets, birds and cover fish aquariums before spraying. Do not use on food. Food should be removed or covered during treatment. All food processing surfaces and utensils should be covered during treatment or thoroughly cleaned after spraying and before processing food. When using the product in these areas, apply only when the facility is not in operation. Products for use in meat packing plants must be approved by the Meat Inspection Division, Health of Animals Branch, Agriculture Canada. FIRST AID: If swallowed: Call a poison control centre or doctor immediately for treatment advice. Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by a poison control centre or doctor. Do not give any liquid to the person. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. If on skin or clothing: Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15–20 minutes. Call a poison control centre or doctor for treatment advice. If inhaled: Move person to fresh air. If person is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, then give artificial respiration, preferably by mouth-to- mouth, if possible. Call a poison control centre or doctor for further treatment advice. If in eyes: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15–20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye. Call a poison control centre or doctor for treatment advice. Take container, label or product name and Pest Control Product Registration Number with you when seeking medical attention. TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION: Treat symptomatically. This product contains petroleum distillates. Vomiting may cause aspiration pneumonia. DISPOSAL: 1. Triple-or-pressure-rinse the empty container. Add the rinsings to the spray mixture in the tank. 2. Follow provincial instruction for any required additional cleaning of the container prior to its disposal. 3. Make the empty container unsuitable for further use. 4. Dispose of the container in accordance with provincial requirements. 5. For information on disposal of unused, unwanted product, contact the manufacturer or the provincial regulatory agency. Contact the manufacturer and the provincial regulatory agency in case of a spill, and for clean-up of spills. STORAGE: Keep container closed. Mix well in drum before sampling and each use. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not store, pour or spill near heat or open flame. NOTICE TO USER: This pest control product is to be used only in accordance with the directions on the label. It is an offence under the Pest Control Products Act to use this product in a way that is inconsistent with the directions on the label. The user assumes the risk to persons or property that arises from any such use of this product.
