Shipping & Returns Policy (Canada) — Doktor Doom

This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to purchases made from Doktor Doom’s official online store (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1) Shipping

1.1 Where we ship

We ship orders within Canada only, unless the Site clearly shows an international shipping option at checkout (if offered at all).

1.2 Carrier

All orders are fulfilled and shipped only via Canada Post. We do not ship with other couriers.

1.3 Processing time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Processing may take longer during peak periods (promotions, holidays) or due to inventory verification.

1.4 Delivery time (estimates)

Delivery times start once your order has shipped:

  • Major urban areas: typically 2–7 business days
  • Rural/remote areas: typically 5–12 business days
  • Northern/remote regions: may take longer

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Canada Post delays, weather, service interruptions, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

1.5 Shipping fees

Shipping fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout before payment. Any free-shipping promotions will be shown on the Site and/or at checkout.

1.6 Tracking

If a tracking option is selected at checkout (or included with the service used), you will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

1.7 Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
  • If you notice an address error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once the package is handed to Canada Post.

1.8 Undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed packages

If a package is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, or deemed undeliverable by Canada Post:

  • We will issue a refund minus any non-refundable shipping/handling costs (and any return-to-sender fees charged to us), once the package is received back and inspected.

1.9 Shipping restrictions (regulated products)

Some pesticide or pest-control products may be subject to transport restrictions and may not be shippable to certain locations, or may require specific packaging/handling. If we cannot ship your order as placed, we will contact you to arrange an alternative (if available) or cancel and refund the affected items.


2) Returns

We stand behind our products and want the process to be fair and clear.

2.1 Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

2.2 Return eligibility (general rules)

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • With proof of purchase (order number/receipt)

2.3 Non-returnable items (important)

For safety, regulatory, and hygiene reasons, the following are not eligible for return except where required by law:

  • Any opened product (including products with broken seals)
  • Items that show signs of use, leakage, damage from improper storage, or tampering
  • Clearance/final sale items (if clearly marked “Final Sale” at purchase)
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, see Section 4 below.

2.4 Return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective on arrival, damage in transit), we will cover return shipping or provide an alternative solution.
  • If the return is due to change of mind or any reason not caused by our error, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable Canada Post service for returns. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

2.5 How to start a return

Contact us before sending anything back:

  • Provide your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for return
  • Photos if the item is damaged/incorrect/defective

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.


3) Refunds

3.1 Refund method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

3.2 Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days
  • Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

3.3 Refund amount

  • For eligible returns, you will be refunded the item price (plus applicable taxes).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or required by law.
  • If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed/refused, refunds may be reduced by any shipping/return-to-sender fees charged to us (see Section 1.8).

4) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

4.1 Damage in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the outer shipping package
  • Photos of the product(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

We may offer a replacement, refund, or another reasonable resolution, depending on the situation and product availability.

4.2 Incorrect item received

If you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make it right.


5) Cancellations & Order Changes

We begin processing quickly to ship fast.

  • If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately after ordering.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
